Professional Experience

I have handled or assisted on many different types of cases through completion. I have tried jury trials and have attended administrative agency hearings on behalf of my client. I have assisted lead counsels on complex personal injury, business and insurance litigation in federal and state courts. I have also handled a variety of criminal matters including DUII / DUI and DMV hearings.

Outside Activities

I enjoy spending much of my time with my wife and my son. I also enjoy whitewater kayaking, snow sports, fly fishing, and many other outdoor activities. Being from a Great Plains state I relish the abundant outdoor activities Oregon has to offer. When my family gets a chance to visits our relatives I enjoy working on the small farms they each have.

Personal

I learned much about practicing law from my father. His philosophy and mine also is to perform diligent work to obtain the best result possible for my client. This includes explaining all possible scenarios that could affect my client's decision regarding the case.
