Same Sex Partnerships in Oregon
Oregon law recognizes domestic partnerships for same-sex couples, which gives same-sex couples the same rights and benefits enjoyed by married /couples under state law. The dissolution of a domestic partnership is handled much the same as a divorce between married parties.
