Professional Experience

I practice DUI Defense, Domestic Violence Defense, and Criminal Defense in the Vancouver, WA area. I am a passionate, aggressive, and experienced attorney. I have obtained not guilty verdicts, dismissals, and unheard of plea bargains by consistently handling my clients' cases as if my own liberty and rights were at stake.

I graduated from California State University-Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and a minor in Spanish. After graduation, I was offered an honors scholarship to Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where I attended and graduated cum laude. During law school, I was an associate editor for Law Review, a youth advocate for the Lansing Teen Court, and an intern for the Eaton County Prosecutor's Office in the Economic Crimes Unit.

After law school, I moved with my family to the Portland-Vancouver area where I worked at the Clark County Prosecuting Attorney' Office as a Legal Intern, prosecuting various Misdemeanor and Gross Misdemeanor cases. I then joined the law firm of Jeffrey Barrar, where I worked as a court-appointed criminal defense attorney. I then entered private practice as a DUI, domestic violence, and criminal defense attorney.

Personal

When not at the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy the outdoors and playing music. You can catch my band, Big Electric, playing at various places in Greater Portland.
