"Decisive, Quick, and Effective"
"Casey Gibbens was decisive, quick, and effective. He even refunded some of our retainer money - I didn't believe attorneys ever did that! Thanks for being honest and results-oriented"
My practice is focused on helping those who are injured by others and workers’ compensation matters. I assist my clients in collecting compensation to right the wrongs they have suffered because of the others negligence or from work.
I have been lead counsel on complex personal injury cases. I have take pride in having tried jury trials on behalf of my clients.
Cases I have handled include trucking accidents, auto accidents, workplace injuries, injuries due to neglectful premises and negligent contractors. I’ve worked on cases involving, wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injuries, broken bones and herniated discs.
Many cases that involve significant surgeries which affect my clients’ ability to maintain and handle their everyday lives, even when those injuries are not visible or the accident was not a massive collision.
I began my legal career in a general practice setting. I have also handled a variety of criminal matters to trial in the past along with business litigation. I find this broad base of practice experience has assisted me in looking at the complete picture of any case I handle and assists me in emphasizing the strengths of my clients claims before juries.
I enjoy spending much of my time with my wife and my son. I also enjoy whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, snow sports, fly fishing, and many other outdoor activities. I relish the abundant outdoor activities Oregon has to offer.
I learned much about practicing law from my father while practicing with him in Kansas at the beginning of my career and before he became a District Court Judge of the State of Kansas. His philosophy and mine also is to perform diligent work to obtain the best result possible for my client. This includes explaining all possible scenarios that could affect my client's decision regarding the case.
