I assist my clients in collecting compensation for their injuries and to right the wrongs they have suffered from because of the negligence of others. I handle complex personal injury cases involving a multitude of injuries from negotiation through trial.
I have represented clients in cases involving trucking accidents, auto accidents, workplace injuries and nursing home negligence, injuries due to neglectful premises, and injuries due to negligent contractors. I’ve worked on cases involving, wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, broken bones, herniated discs, and numerous other injuries.
Many of my clients have had their world turned upside down from awful injuries suffered. I feel it is my job to help the navigate these challenging situations to put a sense of normalcy back into my clients’ lives. I am also an advocate for my clients’ well-being when dealing with corporations and insurance companies who look at them as only a dollar figure impacting the bottom line and not as a person.
I have successfully resolved numerous seven-figure cases for clients while securing for them the ability and dignity to go on with their lives.
Outside Activities
I enjoy spending much of my time with my wife and family. I also enjoy my bird dogs, whitewater kayaking, mountain biking, snow sports, fly fishing, and many other outdoor activities. I relish the abundant outdoor activities and scenery Oregon has to offer
Personal
I learned much about practicing law from my father while practicing with him in Kansas at the beginning of my career and before he became a District Court Judge of the State of Kansas. His philosophy and mine also is to perform diligent work to obtain the best result possible for my client. This includes explaining all possible scenarios that could affect my client’s decision regarding the case.
