While I was born in Kyrgyzstan, I am a long-time Oregon resident, raised primarily in Hillsboro. I received two bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Russian from the Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon. I then went on to earn my law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School.
During law school, I focused on sharpening my trial advocacy skills by competing regionally on the school’s mock trial team. I also worked as a law clerk for the Oregon Federal Public Defender’s office and as a certified law student for the Metropolitan Public Defender’s office. As a certified law student, I personally took five cases to trial, achieving multiple not-guilty verdicts for my clients.
Now as an attorney, I am passionate about serving my clients in the fields of family law and criminal defense where I take a client-focused approach to my practice. Each case requires a slightly different approach, whether you want to resolve your case through negotiation or trial, I am committed to helping you navigate the legal system in Washington County.
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our cat Piglet. I also love watching science fiction movies and taking Zumba dance classes.
